Breaking 100 RSS Subscribership For The First Time
Posted on 30. Nov, 2006 by Adam in Blogging, SEO & Rank
Another milestone broken and another one made. Earlier on yesterday I realised that I had broken the 100 RSS subscribers for the first time ever in Blogtrepreneur history. I just want to keep this short and sweet but it really shows what determination can do and how 6 months of hard work can return great dividends. Hopefully its onwards and upwards for this site and my aim now is to break 200.
By the way if you’re reading this post now the subscribership levels may have dropped, but read here for an explanation on how Feedburner counts subscribers by Rick and Andy.
And finally, an RSS Graph (click to enlarge):

Congrats Adnan. You now have half as many subscribers as rss feeds I’m subscribed to. Yes, I do plan on getting a life at some point. ;)

Good job! BTW, are you using the email subscription service from Feedburner? How’s that working out?

Thanks Ray,
Erm at the moment Im using the inbuilt Feedblitz thing with Feedburner and it works pretty well except that I don’t know how to see the email addresses I’ve collected.
Incidentally this week I’ve seen a bit of a surge in email subscriptions and they stay very solid so Im pleased? But overall its very good and easy to use because the service just grabs the latest posts from your Blog and emails them to your list automatically.

Thanks for the info. I’ve heard good things about FeedBlitz. I’m going to go ahead and ad it to my blog.

The most I have had was 46, which i was pretty damn happy with as my site is quite a niche. I plan on expanding by using the tips off this website though!
Congrats on 100!

Wow. I found this from the simple dollar. Go figure. But look. 100 subscribers to 1689 subscribers in 2 years. cool stuff!
