I particularly recommend the article by Neil Patel. First time I ever saw someone tell the truth about US incorporation forms. 90% of the accountants and other gurus out there tell you to go with an LLC first and with a “S” corp if you are a little bigger. They seem to think “C” corps (”real”) corps are only for the GM’s and Google’s of the world. ‘Taint so. Only a “C” corp offers real income tax advantages, and for small-time guys like me, that’s the biggest nightmare out there … if you _do_ have an idea that hits big someday your taxes will soar overnight to unbelievable levels. Complex is not always bad, saving taxes is always good.
I followed you here from Neil’s blog and I think I like what your blog is about. I will surely visit again. Keep it up, Adam
Dave, you couldn’t be more right on that one. Even though I have been an accountant myself it wasn’t until I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad that I truly realized that the biggest expense that we all have is not our mortgage or our car payments but our taxes. The easiest way to cut expenses and save money is to make sure that you only pay the absolute minimum in taxes without breaking any laws.
I recommend Neil’s article as well, I read it a day or two ago, and he’s had tons of experience, so you really feel like he’s on the ball on all his points.
Darren always know the best ways to get traffic and then monetize his traffic to make a lot of money. I try to keep up with all of his tactics, but he just has way too many
I hear ya, Donny. That’s why I pick one a week to focus on, so he’s been a great motivator in that sense.
