Affiliate Network Review: EWA Private Network
Posted on 26. May, 2010 by Matthew Toren in Adsense and Affiliates, Entrepreneurship, Internet, Making Money, Review, Websites
Every now and then, a product, service or program comes along that really needs to be reviewed and promoted – not because it’s a paid review or affiliated site, but because it’s just outstanding. Even though this is a paid review, that’s definitely the case with EWA Private Network. EWA, which stands for Eagle Web Assets, is an affiliate network that has built a solid online reputation through ethical business practices, proving they really know what they’re doing, and taking great care of their affiliates and their advertisers.
EWA is made up of a small, hand-selected group of marketers, media buyers, SEM pros, and email marketers. The company is run by Ryan Eagle and Harrison Gevirtz, who lead a team of dedicated Network and Affiliate Managers 7 days a week to provide the kind of support not often found in an affiliate network. It is clear that their focus is on their affiliates and helping them to be successful in their affiliate marketing efforts. They promise to maintain personal connections with all their affiliates and work closely with each affiliate every step of the way to ensure success, and they have a reputation of backing up that promise.
If you’ve been an affiliate marketer or have researched the possibilities, you’ve most likely either experienced or read about issues with affiliates of various networks not being paid on time, as much as promised, or not at all. Not only does EWA pay out weekly, they pledge to beat any payout for the same program, and they pay everyone – on time. They truly understand that taking care of the people who count on them (affiliates and advertisers) pays off for them in big ways, which is reflected in their motto: Help more; Pay more; Get more.
Highlights:
- EWA will beat any payout you get from any network.
- They pay weekly – from day 1, with no threshold.
- They are available 7 days a week to help you make your campaigns bigger and more profitable.
- They help you scale and optimize your campaigns and find traffic sources.
- EWA pledges to get any offer you are currently running at another network within 3 days and beat the payout!
- They have over 1500 offers for 60 countries on their network live and active.
So is there a downside to EWA? Well, not really a downside, but it is a private network. That means the only way in is usually through a referral. However there is an application on the site, and even though having a referral will help, if you meet their criteria, you can be accepted without it. For anyone who is accepted into their network, their “pickiness” is a very positive thing. They really want to work with serious marketers because they plan on investing in your success through one-on-one training and support.

Bottom line is this: If you’re a serious affiliate marketer looking for an affiliate network run by people who know what they’re doing and who will do everything they can to help you make lots of money off your affiliate marketing efforts, you’d be crazy not to check out EWA Private Network.

It’s always good to come a new player in the industry, the only disadvantage that I see is the size of this affiliate network which make it difficult to find affiliates and advertisers who fit in your needs…

Thks for introducing this network to me. What really interest me is the number of products available in the network.

It sounds like a great network, but as others have mentioned, a lot will come down to the number of programs they have available to promote. I find that a lot of the smaller networks limit themselves too much by mainly sticking to a few niches. I do like how EWA claims to be willing to get any offer you can get on another network but at a higher payout. Makes me wonder if I should try to switch some of my campaigns over to EWA.

Have they started doing incentive offers yet? Last time I applied they rejected me because they did not have any offers I needed. By the way, what makes them private if everyone knows about them? All networks require approval etc.

I have never heard of this affiliate network before. If they have good offers, I might be willing to try them out!

Thanks for this. I haven’t heard of this network before but they look pretty good. I do use a few different networks but not many have weekly payments with no payout threshold. This is certainly a good way of doing business – many people are put off by hvaing to wait a couple of months for payments or trying to build up enough income to pass the threshold.

I have always been weary of affiliate programs because there is no guarantee of payment, furthermore your chances through the courts are minimal if none at all. The question is will EWA live up to what it says.

I am always with CJ and will stay with them. But probably I will give this one a try, since I need more products for my niche. Perfect post. Nice to see fresh affiliate networks. Great.

Hey, I heard of EWA recently, and it’s said to be an excellent network to work with. I searched some information online, and it seems very hard to join EWA unless you got an invite from internal member. Can anyone refer me to EWA, I am a experienced publisher for over 3 years. and currently I make 4 digits income per week.
Could anyone be kind to refer me to EWA, please email me. tnx.

First of all thank you for this accurate review. I always find it to be suspicious when I hear people making negative comments about products or services in which they have never tried nor researched. Just to be clear I am not talking about the Author of this review, whom you are it is clear you have done your research and/or are an Affiliate/Publisher of EWA Private Network. Your review is very accurate and I enjoyed reading. It is strange someone would say they are weary of something they have never done in the first place. It is more than simple to go into the War Room or Digital Point and find a topic on the subject. If 100% of the posts are positive and speak of the payments received it would be safe to say payments will not be a further issue. I’m sure if there weren’t any affiliate programs which paid out, there wouldn’t be a market for them. Furthermore, there surely wouldn’t be a 100% positive feedback pile of forums discussions where these companies are being written about. People do not take the time to talk highly of a service if the service in question didn’t help them in one way or most likely multiple ways. It does however merely take one bad experience with a company for someone to take the time to speak negatively. So as far as people whom are upset because they have been rejected and they have picked themselves up, patted the dust off their worn out self esteem then continued on being positive. Then taken a moment to ponder the reasons for rejection and recalculated their future attempts to achieve their goals in becoming accepted into a prestigious network, I’m sorry and I feel for you. Don’t give up. Keep trying and learn from your mistakes. Further look into the company and try to show them you have something they are looking for. Your efforts will not go unnoticed I guarantee you this. I also wish you the best of luck. But for the ones whom have become sour over the rejection and choose to speak negatively, well you have answered your own questions as to “what is so great about this network anyways?” The reason they are so great is because they do a wonderful job of protecting their current members from being forced to work with people who blame everyone else for their failures. I may only be speaking for myself here, but I haven’t had any success on my first try at anything. When I see someone making up excuses as to why they didn’t get what they want, I am inclined to ask them how hard they actually tried to get it from start. These networks are a privilege to work with, not a right. If you owned a company or “own” a company of your own, it wouldn’t be far off for you to screen your employees would it? Wouldn’t one also consider if it were a company which was internet based, they would have to take into consideration the impossibility of a face-to-face interview. This means you should amp up the acceptance guidelines even more in order to screen out scam artists. Companies like EWA have an identity and name to protect. It shouldn’t be too strange companies like EWA want to see more than just a simple, “Hello, I’m (you) and I would like a job making tons of money… I got the job right?” I’m confident anybody would agree, EWA Private Network is as good as it gets. I have never heard anything negative about this company before becoming a member, after, during or anywhere in between. Nothing is free and this is a dog eat dog world. If your an internet marketer and you used the term dog eat dog world, you would then go on to explain your wearing doggy bone snacks for underwear. In all seriousness, whatever your goals may be, EWA Private Network is at the top of the top. This should definitely be on your list of goals and I hope for you becomes an accomplishment. Thank you again to the Author and good luck in the future. I will look to you for more reviews because you obviously know the products and services which you choose to review very well. Most likely first hand.
