Are Twitter Backgrounds Still Meaningful?

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Logo Mojo. All opinions are 100% mine.

So you had someone design a killer Twitter background for your company.  It was cool, it was professional, it was slick, and then it was pretty much gone.  With the new Twitter UI rollout, the vast majority of Twitter backgrounds that were around before the change were rendered useless.  So is there any point in even having a custom Twitter background anymore?

We say, absolutely!  For all the reasons a custom background for your business made sense before, it still makes sense.  A custom background is a great way to communicate your brand message, and just because the parameters have changed, the usefulness has not been eliminated.  Logo Mojo, for example, has adjusted their creative offerings to the new background specs, and they are able to create backgrounds that are every bit as effective as the old style.  In fact, turning your logo into a branded billboard for Twitter is one of the things they do best!

Also, while we’re on the topic of backgrounds, you should know that Logo Mojo creates wallpapers for iPhone and Blackberry too.  Imagine your customers seeing your Twitter background and loving it so much they want it for their smartphone wallpaper.  Now that’s the kind of branding that accomplishes its goal – to keep your company’s name at the forefront of your customers’ minds!
