Ingenuity, determination, intelligence and other traits are all very important, but flexibility is the only thing that will keep you consistently doing well.

It takes ingenuity to come up with an idea, determination to get it rolling and intelligence to do both tasks. But none of them guarantee that your idea will survive as times and ideas change – flexibility does.
