The Brooks Addiction Walker is doctor recommended for people with excessive pronation, flat feet, and diabetes.

I especially like the full-grain leather upper, the midsole with extra cushioning, and the fluid chambers in the heel and forefoot to absorb shocks. It is available on Amazon in only three colors, but has many different sizes.
