I agree that self-confidence is the foundation for success in business. This is particularly true in the world of B2B selling. If a sales professional selling to a large organisation lacks self-confidence or self-esteem, it immediately puts them at a disadvantage throughout the sales process. Sales professionals and business owners alike must think positively and sell either themselves or their products/services (after having ascertained the client’s needs, desires and external pain points), which requires a great degree of self confidence, planning and motivation. I teach this in my sales training courses and the results are fantastic. Keep up the good work!

I remember when i thought i had confidence, but didn’t.

It took time to cultivate but after a fews mind mantras and action steps. Oh yeah, can’t for get visualization, to became, confidence. It took time like all things do, but i did it. You can do the same…Great post ADAM!!

I COMPLETELY agree with you there buddy – I have found that if you start to have a negative attitude towards your online business (or anything else for that matter) then success will not come to you.

This article stands out for me personally buddy! – I LOVE the bit about being able to say ‘No’ to people.

This is something which I have struggled to do in the past and for the exact reasons you have highlighted; trying to please somebody else. I have learnt now that if something is going to sway me away from the more important tasks in hand, it can wait because otherwise you will never complete anything and it will just take longer to find success.

Again, I love this kind of article buddy – EXACTLY what aspiring entrepreneurs need to be reading to boost their confidence, because I know it has certainly boosted mine! 😉
