Changes and Changes
Today I went back to school. It was really great seeing some schoolfriends that I hadn’t seen in 2 or so months. The easy morning gave us all to catch up on our holidays, our different stories, funny stories (about the odd people!), and the depressing nature of going back to school.
I managed to get my timetable which consisted of the lowest amount of free periods out of anyone I talked to. Maybe I shouldnt be taking “further” modules – I brought it on myself! Anyway Im not that bothered and I think I can keep up with the workload. As a rule of thumb for entrepreneurs, its all about organization. I even managed to sort out my file ready to holepunch any sheets that would be hurled my way. Good organization makes good revision which makes good grades.
More changes have come in my blog design. You might have seen the new right and left sidebars as suggested by you readers. Hopefully having Adsense “above the fold” will increase my CTR and having the feed icons on the right will increase my subscribership. Only time will tell. I think I’ll have to find a new way of displaying Archives though. Through all of this, my “Popular Posts” have been pushed down the sidebars which doesn’t make for good browsing. Anyone have any good suggestions as how to combat this?
Anyway, Im leading up to this blog’s 3 month old anniversary so I can get onto that Text Link Ads publisher program. Also at the moment my Pagerank has dropped to 5 but Im working on ways to build this up to a PR6 again.
So changes are going on around me, and it is these changes which I want to embrace. We are all involved in change – time plays a heavy role in this. By coping with the varying surroundings you will find yourself in a better stead for the future and will have a firmer grip on reality.
P.S. And like so many others I would like to pass on my condolences to Steve Irwin’s family. The world has lost a great role model and such a loving person. Let’s hope that he has had an effect on us all so that we preserve the environment around us and prevent it from becoming a land of concrete.
